I DO ATLAS · PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy for couples and guests

I Do Atlas stores the information needed to run a wedding workspace and the guest experiences a couple chooses to publish or share. We do not need to sell personal information to make the product work.

Accounts & planning data

For account holders we store login and profile information plus wedding records such as guest lists, vendors, budgets, timelines, documents, tasks and website settings. Private planning records are tied to the authenticated couple account.

Guest information

Names, contact details, addresses, RSVPs, meal choices, dietary notes and accessibility needs can be saved inside the couple’s wedding workspace. The couple controls their guest list and decides which event details are shared.

Photos, video & voice

Guest-uploaded media and guestbook messages are stored for the wedding that collected them. Content may be visible to the couple and, where the couple enables sharing, other wedding guests.

Messages, reminders & SMS consent

Contact details may be used for invitations, RSVP follow-up and wedding-related reminders. SMS delivery and phone verification use Twilio when enabled. I Do Atlas collects separate, voluntary, affirmative SMS consent before eligible automated texts are sent. SMS consent is not required to create an account, purchase a plan, or use I Do Atlas. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Paid subscription payments are processed by Stripe. I Do Atlas stores subscription status and provider references needed to manage access, not full card numbers.

Service records

We may keep security logs, authentication sessions, feature usage, subscription events and storage accounting needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service. Public wedding links should be treated as shareable unless they are specifically protected by a private token.

Questions or deletion requests

Guests should first contact the couple whose wedding collected their information. Account holders can use the I Do Atlas Help Center and in-app support request tools. Data needed for security, billing, legal obligations or fraud prevention may need to be retained for an appropriate period.
