You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for information entered into your wedding workspace. Do not use another couple’s private links, account, or wedding records without permission.
Terms for using I Do Atlas
Effective September 15, 2026. These terms apply to couples and account holders who use I Do Atlas to plan, organize, publish, coordinate, and store wedding information.
Plans & billing
New couples receive a 7-day Premier trial without a credit card. After the trial, accounts can continue on Free or choose Signature or Premier with monthly or annual recurring billing. Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout until canceled. Pricing, promotions, refunds, and cancellation terms shown at checkout become part of your purchase terms.
Your wedding content
You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You give I Do Atlas permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service and the sharing choices you make. After the wedding date, the core wedding keepsake and approved saved memories remain accessible from the account without an ongoing paid planning subscription. Account holders can also export their wedding data and save the keepsake as a PDF.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, abuse public upload links, attempt to bypass plan limits or security, interfere with the service, or use I Do Atlas to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
Service limits
Wedding planning information, automated reminders, document extraction, calculations, and coordinator suggestions are organizational tools, not legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional-event advice. You remain responsible for reviewing contracts, deadlines, payments, guest needs, and day-of decisions.
SMS terms
I Do Atlas offers an optional recurring SMS program for wedding-related service messages such as planning reminders, RSVP or invitation updates, and wedding coordination messages. You receive these messages only after separately and affirmatively opting in. Accepting these Terms does not enroll you in SMS. SMS consent is not required to create an account, purchase a plan, or use I Do Atlas. You may decline SMS and continue using I Do Atlas without text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For customer support, visit the I Do Atlas Help Center. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Changes & availability
Features may evolve as the product improves. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may change plan features or pricing prospectively. Material changes for existing paid customers should be communicated before they take effect when reasonably possible.
Business terms review
These product terms describe the current I Do Atlas service. Business-owner contact details, refund practices, governing-law language, and jurisdiction-specific consumer requirements should be reviewed periodically as the service expands.
